Manage opportunities with channels.
Develop profitable business by working with distributor team to support and execute sell-thru processes and key ground activities in the market
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Objective Setting
- Cascade clear objectives that are consistent with company goals for each distributor / dealer
- Develop distribution footprint - distributor account planning and new account development
- Achieve distribution and sales execution objectives
- Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions
- Build relationships with dealers and key customers in the region
- Represent Motorola at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations -
Tracking Measures and Problem Solving
- Gathering market and customer information: sell-thru / sell-out reporting, inventory reporting
- Review progress versus objectives weekly and take corrective action as appropriate -
Coaching Activities
- Build capability of distributor team through coaching activities
- Conduct product training to distributor / dealer as required -

Knowledge and Experience
- University graduate or above
- 10 years of experience in a similar role
- A demonstratedtrack record of working effectively in cross-functional teamso Experienced in channel management
- Sales experience into Telco operators
Model desired behavior by making demonstration calls Lead problem solving for the customers Ensure full support, involvement, and implementation of key ground activities
